Clinical Cases

Case 001

Case 1: 39 year old male (Weight: 79 Kg; Height: 171 cm). Hypertension diagnosed 2 months ago. DM (-). Diaphragmatic AMI 2 months ago. EKG stress test negative 2 days ago. Patient asymptomatic. Purpose of the study: evaluate ischemia and myocardial viability.

Case 2: 82 year old female (Weight: 64 Kg; Height: 150 cm). Under treatment for DM diagnosed 40 years ago. AMI 10 days ago. Patient asymptomatic. Purpose of the study: evaluate for ischemia and myocardial viability.
Case 002)

Diabetic 62 y/o male asymptomatic with abnormal EKG.

Case 003

Male 43 y/o with chronic myocardial ischemia and previous AMI. Sent to evaluate for myocardial viability (Tl-201 rest/7 Hr. redistribution).
Case 004

Tc-99m-MIBI (stress/rest).

Case 005

Case 006

52 y/o male with AMI 15 days ago. Angina at rest. Study to detect "probable residual ischemia".
Case 007

Case 008

Case 009

Case 010

Case 011

Severe ischemia in left coronary artery territory.

Case 012

Myocardial infarct w/o evidence of viable nor ischemic tissue. We recommended a Tl-201 rest SPECT with 4 hrs. redistribution images.
