CASO DE MEDICINA NUCLEAR EN CARDIOLOGIA
Case 1: 39 year old male (Weight: 79 Kg; Height: 171 cm). Hypertension
diagnosed 2 months ago. DM (-). Diaphragmatic AMI 2 months ago.
EKG stress test negative 2 days ago. Patient asymptomatic. Purpose
of the study: evaluate ischemia and myocardial viability.
Case 2: 82 year old female (Weight: 64 Kg; Height: 150 cm). Under
treatment for DM diagnosed 40 years ago. AMI 10 days ago. Patient
asymptomatic. Purpose of the study: evaluate for ischemia and
myocardial viability.

Caso 1: Masculino de 39 años (79 Kg y 1.71 m) hipertenso
con IAM diafragmático hace 2 meses. Prueba ECG de estrés
negativa para isquemia. El paciente se encuentra asintomático.
Se desea conocer si existe tejido viable residual.
CASO 2: Femenina de 82 años (64 Kg y 1.50 m). DM en
tratamiento desde hace 40 años. IAM hace 10 días.
Se desea conocer si existe isquemia o tejido viable residual.
